After you select on of our convenient logo design package and check out, you will receive an email with a link to a design brief. You will use the brief to tell our designers about your business and your preferences for your logo. Our designers will use this information to create your concepts within 4 business days. Once you choose your favorite concept, our designers will make revisions based on your feedback and preferences.

How do I know what kind of logo is best my business?

Our process is designed to help you decide. Our designers can create a very simple font-based logo, or a more complex illustration, or just about anything in-between. Keep in mind that the best logos are usually the most clear. Complicated designs often look great but are not necessarily easy to recognize or remember. Also, think about how you might use your logo in the future. For example, if you think you might show it on colored background, or on smaller objects such as pens or business cards, a more simple design is probably best.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the initial logo design samples?

If you are not satisfied with the initial designs, we will create new design samples for you to choose from. We will contact you and discuss the matter further and continue to do so until you are completely satisfied.

How do you deliver my new logo design?

You will receive your new logo on a CD in the mail. The CD will contain your logo in  useful formats including Illustrator, Photoshop, BMP, EPS, GIF, JPEG formats as well as black and white versions. Rimos will also store your final logo design, making it easy to order products featuring your new logo.
